Nokia Is Now Shipping The N900 To Retailers

Nokia N900_portraitNokia announced this morning that it has begun shipping the Nokia N900 to retailers, which means you should be able to purchase one within the next few days. It also means that if you were one of the lucky ones to place your pre-order through Amazon.com while it was so cheap, you should expect your order to be shipped really soon, as well.

The Nokia N900 is the latest Maemo-powered device from Nokia, and the first one to feature a built-in SIM card slot, so that it can be used as a phone. The device also packs a 5 megapixel autofocus camera with dual-LED flash, 32GB of internal storage, built-in WiFi, GPS, and more. I’ve been using the Nokia N900 for a few weeks now (with pre-release firmware) and will have a full preview posted soon.

If you haven’t already, you can place your N900 directly from Amazon for $559.99 here.
